HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM PIECE COST?
Each piece is quoted depending on the size, materials, and detail needed for development. Prices vary largely on the materials chosen and the time taken for project completion. We are happy to give a custom quote for whatever you have in mind.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of each piece, unfortunately returns are not accepted. You will receive in progress photos during the build to assure the piece meets your expectations. If there is something unsatisfactory about your custom piece, we will do whatever we can to make it right.
DO YOU SHIP?
We are happy to quote nationwide shipping, however, due to the weight of the pieces, that can be costly. We are proud to locally serve for pickup or delivery in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the Upper Ohio Valley (West Virginia, SE Ohio, & Western PA). Delivery is free within 50 miles of one of our shops. Extended locations can be included at the standard .58/mile.
WHAT TYPES OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We proudly use as much locally sourced hardwood as possible. When not available locally, we will work to find what we need for each individual project. As with any custom project, the price of the project largely depends on the materials selected to build it. We have worked with a variety of materials and are happy to share our recommendations.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept cash and money order, Venmo, CashApp or Paypal. We ask for a 50% deposit to begin your project.
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO WAIT?
Because each project is quoted individually, the same is true for projected timelines. We keep a project calendar that allows us to focus specifically on one project at a time. Depending on complexity, the creation from concept to creation could be up to 8-10 weeks.
